What is Cold Brew?

Cold brew is coffee that's steeped in cold water for 12-24 hours instead of being brewed with hot water. This slow process creates a naturally smoother, less acidic coffee with a rich, bold flavor.

Unlike iced coffee, cold brew isn't simply hot coffee poured over ice. It's brewed completely cold from start to finish, resulting in a smoother taste with less bitterness and a naturally sweeter finish.

Cold Brew vs. Espresso

While espresso is brewed quickly using hot water and high pressure, cold brew is brewed slowly over many hours. Espresso has a stronger, more intense flavor and is often more acidic. Cold brew is smoother, naturally sweeter, and easier on the stomach while still delivering plenty of caffeine.
